Resorts West Rents Private Homes and Condominiums at Utah Resort

Park City has a variety of accommodation options. Those who want the highest level of service should consider the "Private Concierge Service" at the Silver Star Resort.

Silver Star at Park City Mountain Resort is managed by Resorts West, which offers a special “Private Concierge” service. Anyone who makes a reservation to stay in the 100 different properties at the resort, which can range from condos to town homes to cottages, gets assigned their own personal concierge 72 hours prior to their arrival. It is part of what Resorts West calls its “Highest Form of Living” program.

Prior to arrival, the concierge can arrange for things such as a private chef or butler, lift tickets, travel, spa services and even make sure groceries are waiting in the refrigerator upon arrival. The concierge meets the guest at check-in and is available for anything one might need throughout the rest of the stay.

Park City Mountain Resort

Silver Star has all of its facilities, including a café and equipment rental shop, on the premises of the Park City Mountain Resort. Guests don’t have to go anywhere to get on the slopes since a chair-lift sits right in the middle Silver Star’s common area.

Before it became known for skiing and film festivals, Park City was a mining town, and the Silver Star lift sits where the Spiro and Silver King mines used to be. The mining background is also present in the buildings as many are refurbished mine structures.

Groups or Family Fun in Park City

Since the Silver Star offers every sort of accommodation from a two-bedroom, single-floor condo to a five-bedroom, three-level cottage, groups of all sizes can be accommodated whether they be families for a holiday, friends getting together for a ski vacation, or a business team holding a retreat.

The cottages allow for plenty of privacy for individual suites, since they are located on different levels of the rental and the homes are also tucked away into their own area of the resort for further privacy. All of the accommodations have large kitchens, dining rooms and family rooms where everyone can gather after a day on the slopes.

Resorts West

Silver Star is managed by Resorts West, which focuses on managing a number of properties throughout the Park City area, including accommodations at Deer Valley and The Canyons resorts. Visitors can book everything from a small hotel-type unit to the “Ski Dream Home,” a property with 14,000 square feet sitting 8,000 feet above sea level.

A visit to Park City, whether it involves skiing, snowboarding, summer recreation in the mountains or attending the Sundance Film Festival, can involve lots of planning and arrangements.
